On the afternoon of December 9, the Annual Meeting of Industry-Education Integration Working Committee of Jiangsu Society of Technical and Vocational Education, undertaken by our school, was successfully held online. Over 10 people, including the chairman, vice chairman, members and secretary general of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Gong Fanghong, director of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee, and secretary of the party committee of our school.
Professor Wu Huiyuan, secretary-general of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee and vice president of our school made a work statement, which summarized the main work carried out by the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee in 2022, including the completion of organizational building of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee, the investigation of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises, the investigation of talent demands, and the collection of excellent achievements in school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration. Professor Wu also introduced the work plan and work requirements for 2023.
Mr. Zhou Qiang, Secretariat of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee presented the proposed contents of the website to be built for Industry-Education Integration Working Committee based on the website construction requirements of Jiangsu Society of Technical and Vocational Education, and discussed with the participants the follow-up website content update etc.
The director, deputy director and member units of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee of Jiangsu Society of Technical and Vocational Education conducted full exchanges and interaction based on the work of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee in year 2022 and its work plan for 2023.
At the end of the meeting, Gong Fanghong noted that vocational education has a broad future and great prospects, and it is necessary to make full use of the service platform of the Industry-Education Integration Working Committee, integrate industry-university-research cooperation resources, gather and give full play to the joint efforts of government, schools, industries and enterprises, carry out research and practice on the integration of industry and education, improve the transformation and upgrading ability of school service industry, and promote win-win cooperation between schools, industries and enterprises.
