1. Write the Personal Application for Change of Academic Status (Appendix 1)
2. Fill in the Application Form for Academic Status Change of International Students with Academic Qualifications Studying in Wuxi Institute of Technology (Appendix 2)
II. For Overseas Students Who Designate Someone to Go Through the Procedures：
1. Write the Personal Application for Change of Academic Status (Appendix 1). Leave a handwritten signature and take a photo for it
2. Take a photo with the Personal Application for Change of Academic Status (please ensure that the face and the personal application form are clearly photographed)
3. Fill in the Application Form for Academic Status Change of International Students with Academic Qualifications Studying in Wuxi Institute of Technology (Appendix 2)(Please do not change the format, keep it on one page and generate a PDF version)
Notes: In principle, the suspension of schooling should be applied for a full academic year, such as from March 2021 to February 2022, and September 2021 to August 2022. Resumption of schooling must be applied two months in advance (the procedures are the same as those for suspension).
